If you want to cancel your order :
Your order begins processing immediately after you pay and place your order. During processing time it may be not be possible to cancel your order, if you still want to attempt to cancel your order during processing:

Find the order on your “My Account” page.
Click the order number to see the order details and order status.
If it’s still possible to cancel, you will see a cancel button on the order details page that you can use to cancel your order. This sends a cancel request, but it does not guarantee the order will be cancelled. If there is no button, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, then it will be shipped to you. However, you can return any shipped items in accordance with the Lyriks Clothings’ Return Policy and Exchange Policy. All products ordered in “as per your size” category cannot be cancelled/returned/refunded or exchanged once in processing. All ordered products already into processing, but being out of stock, having not met our quality criteria, etc. can be cancelled before shipping.

How do I know if my cancellation request was successfully completed?
An representative will attempt to process your order cancellation request immediately upon receipt. If your request is successfully completed, a confirmation will be provided to you either via email or phone. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation from the representative, we may have already processed and/or shipped and are unable to cancel the order. What happens if my order has already shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped, however, any such shipped item may be returned with the cost of delivery and return to be borne by the customer along with 20% of the sale price of the shipped product, where after the remaining payment shall be either refunded to the customer or will be open to be adjusted in any future order or exchange.
Why was my order cancelled without my permission?
lyriksonline.com reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification via email or phone with alternative options provided, if possible. Please note that some of the reasons your order may be cancelled for are:
1. Necessary information needed to process the order was not provided in a timely manner.
2. The item has been discontinued or is no longer available.
3. Due to market volatility/dynamics affecting our sale price of the product.
Are there any circumstances where an order cannot be cancelled?
lyriksonline.com is unable to adjust or cancel orders once processed and /to shipped. Please note that all special order items cannot be cancelled once they are processed and/or shipped. Please be aware that “customized size” category orders cannot be modified, changed, cancelled once your order is in process with us.
